The B ROOM is our offline pickup and shop by appointment location in Dilbeek, Belgium.

 

How does it work?

You can shop with us on Sundays by appointment and upon our availability. Make an appointment with us on WhatsApp and book a timing to come try and shop at our B ROOM.

ORDERS

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times depend on your country but your package should be delivered within 1-5 business days. DHL On Demand Delivery will keep you informed about the estimated delivery date/time. You can find more information about the shipping process here.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your country of origin and will be displayed at checkout.

For France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, The United Kingdrom, Italy, Luxemburg and The Netherlands: € 12,00

Other European countries: € 16,00

 

Where do you ship from?

All packages are shipped from our warehouse in Monaco.

 

Where do I find the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification by email or SMS from DHL EXPRESS On Demand Delivery with your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time.

Can I change my shipping address?

In case your order is already packed or shipped, kindly follow the return policy once your order arrives at the given delivery address.

What currency are your orders in?

Prices are shown in Euro as we only sell in European countries for now. Who knows, one day we’ll ship and sell worldwide.

 

I can’t find my country when checking out?

As for now, we are only shipping in European countries. Don’t see your country when checking out? Kindly send us an email, we’ll help you as soon as we can.

 

How do I know what size to order?

You can find all the information about our products on our website in our descriptions and here’s our size guide.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

BACHÌ has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to our return centre for a refund or exchange. The item(s) must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tag). Find the full return policy process here or on your Thank You note in your package.

Our exchanges are free once per order (all items in that order are exchangeable). Note that in case you want a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

 

Can I exchange my order/size?

Yes, as long as we have your size in stock you can easily exchange your item(s) for free once per order. This involves all the clothes in the order as long as they are being sent in the same package.

Note that an exchange is not a refund. In case you want a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

Do you refund shipping costs?

We do not stand for shipping costs of returned items by customers, the shipping costs will be withdrawn from your refund. We do offer free exchanges once per order, please find more information here. Make sure to take a look at our size guide to make sure you order your correct size.
